This serrated blade knife has the perfect amount of "bite" to easily cut through crusty breads, pineapple and tomato.
The blade is made from 67 layer Damascus steel which not only gives this knife its beautiful finish but is also resistant to corrosion and rust. The 15 degree double bevel sharpened blade has a 60 HRC +/- 2 hardness, so it keeps a razor sharp edge. The full tang handle is set with double steel rivets and a handsome inlay.
